The Ruhr IoT Old Communities Sensing System utilizes intelligent sensing, communication, networking, and computing technologies. By implementing real-time monitoring of structural stability, electrical fire safety, and other critical parameters in high-rise building, the system facilitates a comprehensive analysis and intelligent evaluation of the the safety conditions of old communities.

视觉形变仪是基于人工智能图像算法的视觉感知设备，可实现超高精度的位移测量的视觉监测系统，通过对监测物特征截面（安装靶标）或自然特征点进行非接触（监测物本体）、远距离（1~500米）、全视 角（视场内的所有标定自然特征点/特征靶标）、高频率（1~120Hz）、高精度（亚毫米级）、全时段（24小时）、长周期（MTBF＞50000小时）形变监测，并对监测数据进行多模态的建模分析,得出风险关键部位，为及时避险和救险提供良好的决策支撑。可实时监测变形、位移、挠度等，广泛应用水库、山塘、边坡、桥梁、隧道、电网、轨道等场景的灾害隐患监测、预警。
GNSS监测一体机
该设备是一款用于地表位移监测的多星频GNSS监测一体机，支持北斗三代，具有精度高、功耗低、一体化、多星频、高性价比、安装便携等特点，功耗≤1.5W，配备小型太阳能系统即可满足长时间监测需求，可在地灾、道路边坡、尾矿库、露天矿山等多种变形监测领域应用。
多功能监测仪
该设备具有应用场景多维、监测项及通讯方式灵活配置、超低功耗、监测精度适中、远程智能管控、联动报警以及适配多场景极速安装等特点。
二轴倾角传感器
该设备是一款采用MEMS技术、数字输出的高性价比双轴倾角传感器，测量范围±30°，最高精度0.001°，工作温度-40℃-+85℃。产品采用了高精度MEMS 加速度计和高分辨力差分数模转换器，内置自动补偿和滤波算法，很大程度消除了环境变化造成的误差。把静态重力场的变化转换为倾角变化，通过数字方式直接输出水平倾角数值。
顶出式裂缝计
该位移计采用顶出式设计，适合长期布设在混凝土结构物和其他材料结构物内及表面上，测量结构物伸缩缝或周边缝的开合度(变形)，亦可用于测量土坝、土堤、边坡、桥梁等结构物的位移、沉陷、应变、滑移等。位移计采用高精度高品质电阻基片，将采集到的信号进行二次校准，测量精度高、产品使用寿命久，采用数字量485信号输出，结构简单方便现场的安装和连接。
