Slope Monitoring and Early Warning Project in Hangxinjing Expressway
Project Background
The high slope of the Qili connecting line of the Hangxinjing Expressway was excavated in 2014, and during construction, parts of the mountain road had through-type slipping, posing a significant safety risk.
Project Solution
Through the construction of the integrated monitoring system for bridges, tunnels and slopes, data monitoring, diagnostic analysis and reporting were carried out. A total of 63 monitoring points were arranged on site to realize all-weather automatic professional monitoring.
Project Outcomes
The high slope of the Qili connecting line is a large-scale slope in Zhejiang Province, featuring a comprehensive automated monitoring system with advanced monitoring technology, making it highly representative in Zhejiang Province. Since monitoring began in December, 2015, the stable output of monitoring data has effectively reduced the cost of management and verified the effectiveness of the management measures.
